About the Moderator:

India approaches each session with a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. She believes that one of the best ways to get through things is to talk through it and make space. India understands that seeking therapy or help can be hard, especially if there is stigma surrounding it, and hopes to help young adults navigate through these times. She works to ensure a positive relationship with trust built with compassion, understanding, and active listening to provide the best care. When she's not working, India enjoys spending time with friends and family, painting, and playing with her dogs.
