Harris is the Co-founder of ADHD Toronto and the Organizer of the Toronto Adult ADHD Support Group. Recognising the need for affordable Adult ADHD support, Harris launched ADHD Toronto in 2018 to support the countless individuals who are uninsured, unable to afford the high cost of private treatment or navigating the medical system. He is committed to helping others develop healthy habits without paying thousands

Kate believes in the power of shared experiences within a supportive environment where group members can connect, self-discover, and grow together. She believes every individual has the capacity to grow and change where the right support system can often serve as the catalyst for these things. Kate also has ADHD and knows firsthand the frustrations and superpowers that come with having the diagnosis. Kate works as a licensed professional counselor in Cincinnati, OH, where she specializes in ADHD, anxiety, trauma, childhood sexual abuse, career counseling and depression. She operates from a humanistic, existential lens and is strength-based and collaborative with an emphasis on understanding, supporting, and empowering those she serves. Outside of work, Kate enjoys a wide variety of hobbies and interests. Some of these include trying new foods, comedy shows, hiking, travel, writing, listening to audiobooks, playing piano and attempting to complete of number of unfinished projects
